Feild Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and references

Meet potential customers and explain company products/services

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM or records

Follow up with clients for inquiries and payments

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong convincing ability

Basic knowledge of sales process

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Field sales experience preferred

Qualification:

Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement)

1–3 years of experience in Sales (Field Sales preferred)
