Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with order placements, product information, and service-related inquiries.
• Conduct telecalling to engage with potential and existing customers.
• Coordinate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide back-office support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, CRM tools, etc.).
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• A customer-centric attitude with a passion for fashion and retail.
