We are looking for motivated and hardworking Field Staff to join our growing team.

Position: Field Executive / Collection Executive

Location : Jaipur

Responsibilities:

Promote and explain loan products to customers

Conduct customer meetings and verification

Support in loan documentation and group formation

Handle field visits for collections and follow-ups

Maintain customer relationships and provide after-service support

Requirements:

Male and Female candidates can apply

Minimum education: 10th / 12th / Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills

Two-wheeler preferred

Freshers and Experienced both can apply
