Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Collection Executive to visit customers in the field and collect payments as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and collect payments (Cash / Online)

• Submit daily collection reports to the office/manager

• Maintain professional and polite behavior with customers

• Follow up on pending payments

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements / Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Willingness to work in the field

• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
