Job Description

  • Using various Training knowledge and learning phasing to make proper strategy and tools to provide effective solutions to the machine or relevant client requirement throughout the entire machine warranty & Non-warranty Phases.
  • Communicating with clients, Senior engineers, and other technicians to ensure that the services to the client are delivered smoothly & effectively.
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
  • Conducting proper testing quality assurance with their operative parts checks with follow running status by current machine.
  • Delivering demonstrations or training to ensure that customers are educated about that how to operate on safely and effectively machine use.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements to the client as well as juniors.
  • Follow Proper Document procedure to the firm as well as client perspectives.
  • Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
  • Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
