1. Field Executive – Job Responsibilities

Debt Collection & Recovery

• Visit customers/defaulters for recovery of pending dues.
• Negotiate repayment plans and convince customers to clear outstanding balances.
• Collect payments (cash/cheque/online) as per company policy and deposit them safely.

Field Visits & Follow-ups

• Carry out regular field visits as per daily assigned cases.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers who have pending or overdue accounts.
• Maintain proper etiquette and professionalism during interactions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and payments collected.
• Update reports and provide feedback to supervisors/team leaders.
• Ensure all collection receipts and acknowledgments are properly documented.

Customer Handling

• Explain repayment terms and consequences of default.
• Provide guidance for settlement options where applicable.
• Handle customer queries, disputes, or objections politely and effectively.

Compliance & Company Policy

• Adhere to RBI guidelines and company’s code of conduct in debt collection.
• Avoid using any unethical or unlawful practices.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer data.

Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly/weekly collection targets as assigned.
• Work closely with the team leader to improve collection efficiency.

Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the office for case allocations and payment updates.
• Escalate difficult cases to supervisors for further action.
• Support field verification activities if required.
