Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to drive on-ground marketing activities, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves frequent field visits, client interactions, and coordination with the sales and technical teams to promote ETSC’s IT solutions portfolio.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to prospective clients including corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, and government offices
• Generate qualified leads for IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, networking, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Promote company offerings such as smart classrooms, digital podiums, servers, storage, and IT services
• Organize and support marketing campaigns, events, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal sales and presales teams for proposal submissions
• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM with field data
• Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and business targets
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 6months –3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in IT products/services
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (desktops, servers, networking, cloud, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Jaipur and nearby regions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B marketing (especially IT solutions)
• Existing network in education, healthcare, or corporate sectors
• Knowledge of government or institutional sales processes
