Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

Dehivery is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring to manage end-to-end hiring of delivery riders in Jaipur. The role involves high-volume recruitment through field sourcing, referrals, vendor coordination, and local hiring channels to ensure timely fulfillment of rider manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of delivery riders for Jaipur city and nearby routes.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets as per operational requirements.
• Source candidates through field recruitment, referrals, walk-ins, local vendors, posters, pamphlets, and newspaper ads.
• Coordinate with CB associates, field recruiters, vendors, and DC teams for smooth hiring operations.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates (documents, license validity, vehicle details, background basics).
• Ensure onboarding completion, including documentation, training slot coordination, and activation follow-ups.
• Track and report hiring funnel metrics: leads, joins, dropouts, and conversions.
• Work on attrition backfills and capacity gap closures as per DC requirements.
• Support special hiring drives, pilot launches, and peak-season ramp-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar / field recruitment (riders, drivers, delivery boys, warehouse staff).
• Strong understanding of local Jaipur hiring markets and sourcing channels.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
• Willingness to do extensive field work.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (local language knowledge mandatory).
