Field Recruiter

The Field Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling suitable candidates from villages, towns, colleges, and communities for our training and employment programs. This role requires strong local networking, community outreach, and the ability to build trust with youth, parents, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to villages, schools, ITIs, polytechnics, and community hubs
• Mobilise and counsel youth about training programs, job opportunities, and career pathways
• Organise small group meetings, awareness sessions, and door‑to‑door outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, teachers, NGOs, and community influencers
• Achieve daily/weekly mobilisation and enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate field reports, candidate data, and follow‑up records
• Coordinate with the training centre team for admissions, documentation, and batch planning
• Support placement activities by ensuring candidate readiness and attendance
• Represent the organisation professionally in the field and during events
