Field Sales Executive

Job Description (What You Will Do):

·      Identify and prepare a list of corporates and travel agents in the assigned city using Google and other public sources and internal company resources.

·      Organize and filter leads downloaded from Google and other sources for effective calling.

·      Make cold calls to introduce hotel/resort offerings and fix face-to-face appointments.

·      Conduct in-person meetings with corporates and travel agents to present hotels and resorts.

·      Negotiate and close business agreements with corporates and travel agents.

·      Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.

·      Ensure regular follow-ups to generate repeat and long-term business.

·      Maintain and submit daily sales call reports to the reporting manager.

·      Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) after every face-to-face meeting.

·      Create and maintain a sales funnel and pipeline to track leads, meetings, and closures.

·      Support business forecasting based on pipeline and expected conversions.

·      Work towards monthly and quarterly business targets.

Must Have Skill Set:

·      Aggressive & proactive sales attitude.

·      Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

·      Comfortable with cold calling and field sales work

·      Ability to meet clients face-to-face and present confidently

·      Good relationship-building and negotiation skills

·      Ability to maintain daily reports and follow-up records

·      Basic computer knowledge (Google search, Excel, email, WhatsApp)

·      Willingness to travel within the city for meetings

·      Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Good to Have Skill Set

·      Basic knowledge of hotels, resorts, or travel industry

·      Prior experience in hotel sales, travel agency sales, or B2B sales

·      Experience dealing with corporates, HR teams, admin teams, or travel desks

·      Knowledge of sales funnel or CRM tools

·      Understanding of business forecasting and pipeline management

·      Ability to draft professional emails and MoM

·      Experience in handling rate negotiations and contracts
