Job Description
हमें अपनी पैकेजिंग डिवीजन के लिए एक डायनामिक और अनुभवी Sales Executive की तलाश है। हमारी कंपनी इंडस्ट्रियल पैकेजिंग मटेरियल जैसे PP Box Strapping Rolls, PET Strap Rolls और BOPP Cello Tape की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और सप्लाई करती है। हमारे क्लाइंट्स में Havells, Bikaji, Daikin, ITC जैसे बड़े कॉर्पोरेट नाम शामिल हैं। हमें ऐसे व्यक्ति की जरूरत है जो इन सीनियर कॉर्पोरेट परचेजर्स के साथ डील कर सके और हमारे बिजनेस को आगे बढ़ा सके।
Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां):
- Corporate Dealing: Havells, Bikaji, Daikin और ITC जैसे बड़े कॉर्पोरेट हाउस के परचेज मैनेजर्स और सीनियर अथॉरिटी से मुलाकात करना और संबंध बनाना।
- Product Briefing: हमारे मुख्य प्रोडक्ट्स (PP Strapping Roll, Cello Tape, PET Strap) की खूबियों और स्पेसिफिकेशन के बारे में ग्राहकों को विस्तार से समझाना।
- Order Generation: नए कॉर्पोरेट क्लाइंट्स बनाना और मौजूदा ग्राहकों से रेगुलर ऑर्डर्स प्राप्त करना।
- Lead Generation: ऑनलाइन, ऑफलाइन और रेफरेंस के जरिए नई लीड्स जनरेट करना और फील्ड विजिट करना 。
- Reporting: अपनी डेली वर्किंग शीट, मीटिंग डिटेल्स और सेल्स ऑर्डर्स को CRM सिस्टम पर अपडेट करना 。
- Follow-ups: पेमेंट और रूटीन ऑर्डर्स के लिए क्लाइंट्स के साथ रेगुलर फॉलो-अप रखना
- Market Presence: कंपनी की मार्केटिंग गतिविधियों जैसे एग्जीबिशन और ट्रेड फेयर्स में भाग लेना
- Required Skills (आवश्यक कौशल):कॉर्पोरेट लेवल के ग्राहकों के साथ बातचीत करने की बेहतरीन कला (Excellent Communication Skills)।
- पैकेजिंग इंडस्ट्री या इंडस्ट्रियल सेल्स का पिछला अनुभव।
- कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान (Excel, Google Sheets, Email) और CRM का उपयोग करना जानते हों
- फील्ड वर्क और ट्रैवल करने के लिए तैयार।
- हिंदी और बेसिक इंग्लिश भाषा पर अच्छी पकड़ 。
