Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with prior experience in Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) sales in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses to generate orders, build strong relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses across Jaipur on a daily basis.
• Generate new leads and convert them into regular clients.
• Take orders and ensure timely coordination with the dispatch/logistics team.
• Maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and restaurant owners.
• Promote company products and introduce new SKUs to existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand territory coverage.
• Collect payments (if required) and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activities, and demand trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HoReCa / Hotel & Restaurant Sales (Jaipur market preferred).
• Strong local market knowledge and existing contacts in hotels & restaurants is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
