Field Sales Executive

Lead Generation & Partner Onboarding

• Identify and approach potential partners such as used car dealers, independent car sellers, DSAs (Direct Sales Agents) for auto loans, and vehicle service workshops.
• Explain Challanwala’s platform, services, and benefits to onboard partners.
• Assist partners in completing onboarding documentation and KYC verification.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to encourage consistent business referrals.
• Act as the first point of contact for partners for any operational support, feedback, or issue resolution.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly targets for partner acquisition and active engagement.
• Promote new Challanwala services, offers, or incentive schemes among partners.

Field Operations & Reporting

• Conduct daily field visits as per assigned routes or locations.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, onboardings, and partner interactions.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the regional office using the company CRM or designated tools.

Market Intelligence

• Collect feedback from the field about competitor activity, market trends, and partner needs.
• Share insights to help refine product and marketing strategies.
