Job Overview

Kelvin & Watts is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the architectural and decorative lighting market. The role involves developing dealer networks, meeting architects and interior designers, generating project leads, and promoting Kelvin & Watts lighting solutions including magnetic track systems and architectural lighting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit electrical dealers, lighting showrooms, architects, and interior designers to introduce Kelvin & Watts products.

• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in assigned areas.

• Generate project leads from architects, builders, and contractors.

• Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and delivery.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain lighting solutions to clients.

• Track ongoing projects and maintain strong relationships with dealers and consultants.

• Collect market feedback regarding competitor products, pricing, and trends.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships with dealers and professionals in the construction and interior industry.

• Basic understanding of lighting products or electrical products is preferred.

• Self-motivated and comfortable with field travel.

• Ability to follow up consistently with leads and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (lighting, electrical, building materials, hardware, or related industry preferred).
