💥 JOB ROLE (Direct Field Sales)
Ghar-ghar jaakar solar system bechna, customers ko convince karna aur deal close karna.
💰 EARNING POTENTIAL (NO LIMIT)
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 FIXED
- Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹50,000+
- 👉 Top performers earning ₹40K–₹80K/month
⚡ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily field visits (door-to-door / local area)
- Solar system + subsidy explain karna
- Lead ko deal mein convert karna
- Daily reporting
🎯 REQUIREMENTS:
- 10th / 12th pass (degree NOT required)
- Sales karne ka jazba hona chahiye 🔥
- Bike + License compulsory
- Field work se darr nahi lagna chahiye
