Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for loan products through calls, field visits, and references.
• Explain loan products and guide customers through the loan application process.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with the back office team and banks/NBFCs for loan approval.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until loan disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of loan products and financial services is preferred.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
