Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Real Service. The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our services effectively. This role involves both field and digital marketing activities to drive business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, social media, field visits, and referrals.
• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Promote Real Service’s products (Tally, cloud services, support services).
• Create and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage social media pages and respond to customer inquiries.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.
• Maintain CRM records and handle customer follow-ups professionally.
