Reporting To: Operations Manager / Business Development Head

Position OverviewThe Field Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground operations, coordinating diagnostic services, building relationships with doctors and hospitals, and ensuring smooth execution of home-based cardiac diagnostics and sleep study services in the Jaipur region.

The role requires strong field coordination, patient handling skills, and the ability to manage diagnostic device operations.

• Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Hospital CoordinationVisit cardiologists, pulmonologists, physicians, and hospitals to promote company diagnostic services.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and hospital staff.
• Coordinate with doctors for patient referrals for diagnostic services.
• 2. Device Installation & Patient CoordinationInstall and remove diagnostic devices at the patient’s home or hospital.

Devices may include:

• Holter Monitor
• Event Loop Recorder (ELR)
• Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor (ABPM)
• Level 3 Sleep Study Devices
• Educate patients about device usage and precautions.
• Ensure proper functioning and safe handling of devices.
• 3. Case ManagementCoordinate with the central operations team for patient booking and scheduling.
• Ensure timely device installation and removal.
• Ensure proper data collection and report submission.
• 4. Logistics & Device HandlingMaintain inventory of devices and accessories.
• Ensure devices are properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.
• Report any device damage or technical issues immediately.
• 5. Market DevelopmentIdentify new doctors, clinics, and hospitals for service expansion.
• Assist in increasing test volumes in the Jaipur market.
• Support marketing initiatives and local partnerships.
• 6. Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily field reports including:
• 
  
• Doctor visits
• Installed devices
• Collected devices
• New leads generated
• Maintain proper documentation for each case handled.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of medical diagnostic devices (preferred)
• Ability to travel within the city
• Professional patient-handling skills
• Responsible device management
• Preferred QualificationDiploma / Degree in Cardiac Care Technology / Sleep Technology / Paramedical Sciences
• Experience in diagnostic services or healthcare operations preferred
