Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive (FSE), you'll be the face of Paytm on the ground. Your main responsibility will be to acquire new merchants and ensure the successful adoption of Paytm's payment solutions within your assigned area. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who is comfortable with field sales.

We are urgently hiring for multiple positions, including:

Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Senior Field Sales Executive (SR. FSE)

IGL (Individual Ground Leader)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm's payment solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Educate merchants on the benefits and usage of Paytm's services.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends and competitor activities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 - ₹27,000 per month.

Incentives: Attractive and handsome performance-based incentives.

Requirements

Mandatory: Must own a bike and a smartphone.

Qualification: 12th pass or higher.

Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We're looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
