Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers, dealers, and potential clients in assigned areas
- Promote company products/services through direct marketing
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Collect market information and competitor activity
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
- Coordinate with office/management for follow-ups
- Participate in promotional campaigns and events
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting
