Job Title: Field Service Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Service Sales Executive responsible for visiting vendors, onboarding service providers, and expanding the company’s service network. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and achieving monthly onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned areas daily to identify and onboard new vendors/service providers
• Pitch company services and explain benefits to potential vendors
• Achieve daily and monthly vendor acquisition targets
• Maintain a database of vendors and update visit reports regularly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & HR) for smooth onboarding
• Conduct follow-ups with interested vendors and close conversions
• Ensure proper documentation and vendor verification

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic sales and negotiation ability
• Ability to work in field and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Qualification

• Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in field sales will be an advantage
