We are looking for a Sales Professional to manage our operation across-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Promote and sell company products/services in the assigned territory

🔹 Client Relationship Management

• Visit customers regularly and maintain strong professional relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively

🔹 Market & Territory Management

• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales routes and schedules

🔹 Order Management

• Generate sales orders and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Ensure timely payment collection as per company policy

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily call reports (DCR), sales reports, and forecasts
• Maintain customer data, leads, and sales records accurately
• Share feedback from customers with management

🔹 Product Knowledge & Training

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and applications
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and review sessions

🔹 Compliance & Professional Conduct

• Follow company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards
• Represent the company professionally during field activities

CANDIDATES PROFILE

• Education- Graduate
• Experience- 6 month to 1 year (Experience in medical devices or related industries would be an advantage)
