Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, customer visits, and closing solar rooftop system sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their homes / offices to explain solar rooftop solutions
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and operations team for smooth installation
• Collect required customer documents and ensure proper follow-up
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or graduate
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Must have bike and valid driving license
• Ready to do field work
• Experience in field sales / solar sales will be preferred
