• Service Incentives: ₹5,000+ per month (performance-based)

💼 Position: Service FSE

The Service FSE role focuses on providing on-ground service support to existing Paytm merchants. This is a pure service profile, not a sales-oriented role.

📌 Key Responsibilities (Service Role)

• Visit existing Paytm merchants and provide service support

• Assist with QR, Soundbox, and device installation or replacement

• Resolve merchant issues related to payments, settlements, or devices

• Support KYC updates and re-verification

• Guide merchants on Paytm app usage and features

• Update daily service reports in the system

• Coordinate with assigned merchants in the field

• Work independently with regular reporting
