Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical products, and a strong drive to achieve targets while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare staff.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/Excel trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (medical devices/pharma preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (science/commerce background preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Other: Must own a bike for field travel.
