Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to manage on-site surveys, client coordination, and end-to-end site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customers, conducting field visits, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution from initial inquiry to project completion.


Key Responsibilities


1. Site Survey & Assessment

  • Conduct field visits to client locations for site surveys.
  • Take accurate measurements and assess site conditions.
  • Identify technical requirements and feasibility.
  • Prepare and submit detailed site survey reports.

2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and updates with clients.
  • Maintain strong long-term client relationships.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new leads through field visits and references.
  • Present company products/services effectively to customers.
  • Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

4. Customer Handling & Service

  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. End-to-End Site Management

  • Coordinate with installation/technical teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure materials and manpower availability at site.
  • Monitor work progress and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure project completion within timelines.
  • Handle on-site challenges and escalate issues when required.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily field visit reports.
  • Update CRM or internal systems with client details.
  • Prepare cost estimates and project documentation.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or site coordination.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and clients simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel locally.
  • Basic technical understanding of site measurements and installations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
