Key Responsibilities Maintenance Management: Schedule regular servicing and manage emergency repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.

LOogistic to Plant Coordination and order tracking & followup.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements, including insurance, registrations, and safety inspections.

Driver Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage driver performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and delivery schedules.

Cost Optimization: Monitor fuel consumption, analyse routes, and manage vendor relationships to reduce operational expenses.

Data Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of mileage, expenses, and vehicle health using fleet management software.

Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years in fleet operations, logistics, or transportation management.

Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, GPS tracking systems, and local traffic regulations.

Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication for vendor and driver coordination.
