Flight Ticket Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets
• Handle domestic & international flight bookings
• Provide best airfare options as per client requirements
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators
• Manage corporate and retail flight queries
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into bookings
• Maintain booking records and update CRM
• Resolve client issues related to flight schedules and fares

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in flight ticketing
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
• Understanding of airline fare rules, refunds, and reissues
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
