Full-stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, ranging from crafting intuitive, SEO-optimized user interfaces with Next.js to architecting robust, secure backends using Node.js and Express. The ideal candidate is a "product-minded" engineer who understands how data flows from a MongoDB schema to a React component.

• Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance web pages using Next.js. Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) to ensure lightning-fast load times and SEO excellence.
• Backend Engineering: Design and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. Handle business logic, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and server-side validation.
• Database Management: Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas. Write efficient queries and aggregation pipelines to handle complex data relationships.
• API Integration: Connect the frontend with the backend seamlessly, ensuring efficient state management (using Context API, Redux Toolkit, or TanStack Query).
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Take features from Figma designs to production-ready code, including writing unit tests and managing deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
