GaadiMech Buddy

We’re looking for a Gaadimech Buddy who can own the full journey of a service order from booking to delivery, coordinating with multiple partner garages/service centers and ensuring customers get timely updates and smooth service. You’ll be the bridge between customers, partners, and our internal team to make sure every order is completed correctly, on time, and with proper documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end service orders: booking → assignment → service progress → delivery closure
• Coordinate daily with multiple associated service partners (garages, mechanics, vendors)
• Assign orders to the right partner based on availability, location, and service type
• Track order progress and ensure timely completion as per promised timelines
• Keep customers updated via calls/WhatsApp on status, delays, approvals, and delivery
• Handle escalations: delays, quality concerns, partner issues, customer complaints
• Ensure proper documentation: job card details, bills/invoices, photos (if required), notes
• Confirm service completion and collect customer feedback after delivery
• Maintain accurate order updates in the system (CRM/Sheets/App)
• Support partner onboarding basics: contact coordination, process alignment, follow-ups
• Skills & RequirementsGood communication in Hindi + basic English (regional language is a plus)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills (you don’t “forget and pray”)
• Comfort using smartphone apps, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM tools
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage pressure during peak hours
• Basic understanding of vehicle service workflow is a bonus (not mandatory)
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong coordination skills can apply)
• Preferred Candidate TraitsOrganized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Can handle multiple orders at once without dropping the ball
• Calm with customers and firm with partners (perfect balance of polite + strict)
