GeM Executive

We are hiring a GEM Executive to manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal work. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listing, bid participation, direct purchase, order processing, invoice generation, and order tracking on the GeM portal. The role includes coordination with government buyers, maintaining required documentation, ensuring compliance, follow-up on deliveries and payments, and preparing regular reports. Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of GeM processes are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle GeM portal operations (bid participation, BOQ, direct purchase, bidding)
• Product listing and catalog management on GeM
• Order processing, invoice generation, and order tracking
• Coordination with government departments and buyers
• Documentation, compliance, and record keeping
• Follow up on payments and deliveries
• Maintain reports and daily work updates

Requirements:

• Experience or basic knowledge of GeM portal (mandatory/preferred)
• Graduation preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
