About the Role:

We’re looking for a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize online ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Develop engaging ad copies and creatives in coordination with the design team.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for better conversions.
• Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in digital advertising.
• Maintain Expected ROAS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta ads management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
• Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with remarketing and pixel tracking setup.
