Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Register and maintain Indra’s profile on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
- Upload and update product listings, images, prices, and documents
- Track and apply for relevant bids/tenders, follow up on orders
- Generate and manage POs, GRNs, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal team for stock availability and dispatch
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per GeM rules
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- GeM portal operations (cataloguing, bidding, order handling)
- Basic to Intermediate MS Excel & PDF tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in e-commerce or procurement preferred
