• Key Responsibilities:Develop and design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, emailers, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity.
• Prepare final artwork for production (print and digital), ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Edit images, retouch photos, and create visual templates as needed.
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Experience with digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback.
• Preferred Skills:Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment.
