About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. If you have a strong aesthetic sense, understand how to design for different social media platforms, and can bring a brand's vision to life, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and highly engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze client briefs and deeply understand their specific brand requirements to deliver tailored visual content.
• Apply creative visual thinking to brainstorm and execute fresh design concepts for ad campaigns and organic marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the overall campaign strategies.
• Edit basic short-form videos and reels (Bonus points if you can handle this!).

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role (agency experience is a plus).
• Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Creative Visual Thinking: An exceptional eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
• Video Editing: Basic video editing skills will be considered a major plus point.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your past work in social media design and branding.
