Job Description
- Visual Strategy: Conceptualize and execute original design ideas that align with marketing goals across digital and print platforms.
- Digital Assets: Create engaging graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), email campaigns, and website banners.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all company touchpoints.
- Advertising Material: Design high-converting ad creatives for platforms like Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm campaign concepts and translate requirements into visual drafts.
- Print Media: (If applicable) Design brochures, packaging, business cards, and large-scale event signage.
- Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and hierarchy.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to interpret a creative brief and provide multiple design solutions.
- Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing a range of work across different mediums.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in Motion Graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of e-commerce design trends and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
