Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual design, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals across both digital and print formats.

This is a hands-on design role suited to someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital assets for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest Create marketing collateral — banners, flyers, brochures, emailers, and promotional materials Develop and maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints Design print-ready materials including catalogues, packaging, and stationery Support website visual requirements including banners, icons, and landing page graphics Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns on time and to brief Resize and adapt existing creatives for various formats and platforms Assist in the creation of presentations and brand documents

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign Working knowledge of Canva and Figma is an advantage Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality Good communication skills and the ability to understand and execute a design brief A portfolio demonstrating a range of work across digital and print formats

Good to Have

Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Capcut) Familiarity with social media content formats and platform-specific requirements Exposure to luxury, lifestyle, interiors, fashion, or retail brands Basic photography or photo retouching skills
