About Us

Maaesa Creations is a leading women’s fashion brand based in Jaipur, known for its contemporary wear and modern silhouettes. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager who is passionate about design, fashion, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives, banners for social media, website, and e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.).
• Manage and grow the brand’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Create and edit short-form videos, product reels, and promotional content.
• Use AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, etc.) for creative ideation, content generation, and automation. ( Training will be given)
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
• Collaborate with photography and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing content aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and new AI-based creative tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Strong knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Filmora, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI-based content creation and editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and analytics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Photography or product styling experience.
• Ability to write basic captions and engaging content ideas for social media.
