Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the visual driving force behind our clients' digital presence. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and editing high-quality visual content—ranging from engaging Instagram Reels to striking web assets and promotional posters.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands the fast-paced nature of digital marketing, knows how to capture attention in the first three seconds of a video, and has a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting on social platforms (primarily Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos).
• Add graphics, animations, special effects, music, and sound effects to elevate video content.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth pacing that aligns with current social media trends and client branding.
• Optimize video content for different platforms and aspect ratios.

Graphic Design:

• Design compelling daily creatives, static posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Create visual assets for website building, SEO campaigns, and digital marketing materials.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and promotional posters for various client campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials for different client accounts.

Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work closely with the account management and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt designs and edits based on team or client feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or similar dual-creative role within an agency or freelance environment.
• Video Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus).
• Design Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Figma or Canva is a bonus).
• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithm preferences, and what makes digital content perform well.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both dynamic video editing (especially short-form content) and polished graphic design work.
• Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
