Job Title: Hardware / Electronics Engineer (IoT & Industrial Systems)

Experience:

• Fresher (Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics or related field) 
• 0–1 Year Experience 
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Hardware / Electronics Engineer to work on IoT-based industrial solutions. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware systems such as RFID readers, sensors, and networking devices in a plant environment.

This role involves hands-on work with multiple hardware integrations, LAN connectivity, and real-time problem-solving, along with contributing to R&D for new hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices like: 
• RFID Readers 
• Sensors (Ultrasonic, Photoelectric, IR, etc.) 
• Industrial cameras and IoT devices 
• Connect and integrate multiple hardware components using: 
• LAN (Ethernet-based communication) 
• Power distribution systems 
• Perform on-site deployment and commissioning at plant locations 
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and connectivity issues 
• Assist in testing and validation of IoT-based solutions 
• Work closely with software and product teams for system integration 
• Participate in R&D activities for improving hardware solutions 
• Prepare basic documentation for installation and configurations 

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of electronics and hardware components 
• Knowledge of RFID systems and sensors 
• Understanding of: 
• LAN networking (IP addressing, switches, cabling) 
• Power supply basics and wiring 
• Familiarity with IoT concepts and device connectivity 
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Willingness to work in field/plant environments 

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms 
• Basic knowledge of serial communication (RS232/RS485, TCP/IP) 
• Exposure to industrial hardware systems 
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge 

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field

• Good communication skills 
• Ability to work independently on-site 
• Quick learner with a practical approach 
• Team collaboration mindset
