Job Description: Head ChefRole SummaryResponsible for leading the kitchen, maintaining food quality, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update menu items and standard recipes.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality & consistency.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, consumption, and wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement for raw materials.
- Track food cost, stock levels, and report kitchen performance.
- RequirementsExperience as Head Chef / Sous Chef in QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Understanding of food costing and inventory control.
