Job Description: Head ChefRole SummaryResponsible for leading the kitchen, maintaining food quality, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update menu items and standard recipes.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality & consistency.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory, consumption, and wastage.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
  • Coordinate with procurement for raw materials.
  • Track food cost, stock levels, and report kitchen performance.
  • RequirementsExperience as Head Chef / Sous Chef in QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Good team management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of food costing and inventory control.
