Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for handling Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) profiles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing from login to disbursement.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate business through DSA, connectors, and direct clients
• Handle Home Loan & LAP cases from login to disbursement
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approval and processing
• Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income, property papers)
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
• Ensure proper follow-up for sanction and disbursement
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain MIS and daily reporting
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Home Loan / Mortgage products
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
• Experience in Banking/NBFC/DSA will be preferred
