🔹 Role Summary

A BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) Assistant Doctor supports the senior doctor in patient care, diagnosis, and treatment using principles of Homeopathy. The role involves patient consultation, case-taking, and assisting in clinical operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Assist senior doctors in patient consultation and diagnosis

• Conduct detailed case-taking (history, symptoms, lifestyle)
• Prescribe homeopathic medicines under supervision (if required)
• Monitor patient progress and maintain follow-up records
• Maintain accurate patient files and documentation
• Support in OPD/IPD management
• Educate patients about treatment plans and lifestyle changes
• Assist in procedures like nebulization, if applicable
• Ensure hygiene and clinical protocols are followed
• Coordinate with pharmacy and administrative staff

🔹 Required Skills

Strong knowledge of homeopathic principles and remedies

• Good patient communication and counseling skills
• Case analysis and observation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (for records & MIS)
• Ability to work in a team
