🕒 Shift Options:
* 8 AM – 4 PM (8 Hours)
* 8 AM – 8 PM (12 Hours)
💰 Salary & Benefits:
* 8 Hours: ₹17,000/month
* 12 Hours: ₹26,000/month
* Incentive: ₹40 – ₹80 per order
* Joining Bonus: ₹2,000 (after 1 month)
