Office Timing:- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

📝 Job Summary:

Responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll management, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth coordination between management and staff while maintaining company policies, compliance, and a positive work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
• Handle attendance, leave records, and coordinate with the accounts team for payroll.
• Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as per company policy.
• Assist in performance evaluation and target monitoring processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and resource allocation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR management software.
• Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
