HR Admin Executive

We are looking for a dynamic HR & Office Administrator who will manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, staff administration, and overall office management. This role is critical in building a strong internal culture, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth office operations as Ideal Coffee Machines scales across India.

• Human Resources (HR)Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, offer letters, and onboarding).
• Prepare appointment letters, HR documents, NDAs, salary letters, confirmation letters, etc.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Manage joining, induction, and exit formalities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and discipline.
• Track performance reviews, targets, incentives, and appraisals.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees.
• Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, inventory, stationery, and utilities.
• Maintain files, documents, agreements, and records (physical + digital).
• Coordinate with accounts, service, sales, and management teams.
• Manage travel bookings, meetings, schedules, and internal coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and a professional environment at the office/experience centre.
