Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Handle HRMS data entry, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, deductions, and new joiners/exits.
- Support recruitment team with scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Ensure smooth induction and joining formalities of new employees.
- Maintain employee personal files and ensure record accuracy.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and payroll.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
- Support performance appraisal process and maintain evaluation records.
- Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of HR operations & HRMS systems
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
- Knowledge of payroll process & statutory compliance
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Qualifications:MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations preferred
