HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, production, warehouse, and office staff

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local hiring channels

Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads

Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation

Support payroll processing, incentives, and attendance validation

Address employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary issues

Ensure implementation of HR policies, rules, and company guidelines

Assist in performance review and appraisal processes

Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities

Support statutory compliance documentation (ESI, PF, etc.) as required
