Job Title: HR Executive (Factory Operations)Department: Human Resources

Job SummaryWe are looking for a disciplined and execution-focused HR Executive to manage workforce operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strict implementation of company policies, handling labour issues, maintaining attendance and payroll accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workforce management. The candidate must be firm, fair, and highly organized.

• Key Responsibilities1. Labour Management & Shopfloor DisciplineMaintain strict discipline on the shopfloor and ensure adherence to company rules
• Handle labour issues, disputes, and grievances in a practical and timely manner
• Monitor worker productivity, behavior, and attendance regularly
• Ensure no unauthorized absenteeism, late coming, or misconduct
• 2. Attendance, Wages & Payroll CoordinationMaintain daily attendance records (workers + staff)
• Verify overtime, shifts, and leave records accurately
• Coordinate with accounts for wages and salary processing
• Ensure no payroll leakage, errors, or manipulation
• 3. Recruitment (Workers + Staff)Handle hiring of workers, supervisors, and staff as per requirement
• Conduct basic screening and ensure quick onboarding
• Maintain a ready pipeline of workers to avoid production delays
• 4. Compliance & Legal RequirementsEnsure compliance with labour laws (ESI, PF, Bonus, etc.)
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation
• Coordinate with consultants for compliance filings
• Be prepared for inspections and audits
• 5. HR Systems & Policy ImplementationImplement structured HR policies across workers and staff
• Ensure all employees follow defined processes
• Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
• Bring system and control in traditionally managed processes
• 6. Employee Handling & RetentionAct as a bridge between management and workers
• Identify problem employees and take corrective action
• Work on reducing unnecessary attrition
• Maintain a balance of strictness and approachability
• 7. Exit & Full & Final SettlementHandle resignations, terminations, and exit formalities
• Conduct basic exit discussions to understand issues
• Ensure proper clearance and documentation
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA in HR or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in factory / manufacturing HR
• Strong personality with ability to handle labour firmly
• Good understanding of attendance, payroll, and compliance
• Ability to work on ground level (not just desk HR)
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in industrial workforce handling
• Exposure to Rajasthan labour environment (added advantage)
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, Factory Act compliance
• Key Traits (Very Important)Firm but fair (should not be easily dominated by workers)
• Strong follow-up and control mindset
• High ownership and accountability

• Ability to say “NO” when required
