HR Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentHandle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across departments

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channelsScreen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders

Prepare offer letters and manage offer negotiationsOnboarding

Manage complete onboarding process for new joinersCoordinate documentation, joining formalities, and induction programs

Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and employee records

Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial daysHR CoordinationMaintain recruitment trackers and onboarding reports

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processesSupport HR team in day-to-day HR operations as required

Desired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in recruitment and onboardingHands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing

Good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong coordination and organizational abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
